Barkbusters Storm Aluminum Handguard Kit The parts in the bag are for the DCT model.

Remove the OEM Handguards Use an 8mm hex key and remove the OEM bar end weights

Screw in the Barkbuster Bar End Threaded Insert Use Locktite blue and a 17mm wrench.

Arrange the parts on the bar. This is the right bar because the 2 small washers go between the black bar weight and the threaded insert so there's space between the throttle grip.

Notice how the bar clamp is under the brake line and above the wiring harness. Your bike may differ because I have ROX risers on my handlebar. Make sure the brakes line and wires are not stressed when you turn the handle bar lock to lock.

Leaving all the screws loose put everything in place.. Remove the handlebar end screw and apply Locktite blue. Screw it in and snug it up. Remove each screw one at a time, apply Locktite and snug it up. Put the assembly in place and tighten all the screws.

Left Bar End Use Locktite blue and a 5mm hex wrench.

Tighten all the 5mm Screws Use Locktite blue on everything.

I found that it's best to put the bar even with the levers to start. Once you ride with them you can rotate them up and down to get the maximum protection.
