Remove the OEM Honda Handguards The inner side of the handguard is held on with a U shaped plastic support bracket that is fastened by the clutch lever pivot bolt.
Remove the OEM Honda Handguards Unscrew the handlebar 8mm end bolts.
Remove the OEM Honda Handguards Unscrew the handlguard to support bracket bolt.
Remove the OEM Honda Handguards Remove the handguard.
Remove the OEM Honda Handguards Handl guard and end bolt. Note the thread locker.
Remove the Left Side Handguard Support Bracket Unscrew the bottom 10mm nut. Note the lower spacer washer position.
Remove the Left Side Handguard Support Bracket Unscrew and pull out the clutch lever pivot bolt from the top.
Remove the Left Side Handguard Support Bracket Remove the bracket.
Remove the Left Side Handguard Support Bracket Line up the clutch lever and put the clutch lever pivot bolt back in from the top. Put a little grease on the bolt.
Remove the Left Side Handguard Support Bracket Line up the clutch lever and push the clutch lever pivot bolt down through the clutch lever bushing and tighten the nut to 4.4 ft/lbs. ``
Remove the Right Side Handguard Support Bracket The brake lever pivot pin holds the right side handguard bracket in.
Remove the Right Side Handguard Support Bracket Uscrew the bottom nut on the brake lever pivot pin.
Remove the Right Side Handguard Support Bracket Uscrew the pivot pin from the top using a 10mm socket.
Remove the Right Side Handguard Support Bracket Pull off the handguard support bracket.
Remove the Right Side Handguard Support Bracket Grease the pin and push it down through the brake lever bushing.
Remove the Right Side Handguard Support Bracket Put the lower washer and nut onto the bottom of the pin and tighten it to 4.4 ft/lbs.
Remove the Right Side Handguard Support Bracket The brake lever back in place.
