Dropped the Bike I dropped the bike on its right side. The adjustable windscreen got pushed to the left popping the rail guides out of the track.
Remove the Adjustable Windscreen from the bike Take out the 4 - 5mm bolts and tilt it back and pull it out.
Fix the Windscreen Mount I should have taken the windscreen off now because it has to be removed later to mount the frame to the bike.

Fix the Windscreen Mount Shows how the collar threaded inserts go into the lock lever.
Fix the Windscreen Mount Pushing the spring hinge pin out of the lock lever with a pin punch.
Fix the Windscreen Mount The 2-1/4" long spring pin is partly out. The pin is hollow and plastic coated. It's fragile.. You can't grab it with a pliers without crushing it. It has to be pushed out.
Fix the Windscreen Mount Pushing out the pin became a chore because the pin punch isn't long enough. The hinge pin is about 2.25" long. I used a 2.5mm hex key to push the pin out.
Fix the Windscreen Mount This is the lock lever spring. The hinge pin goes through the middle of it. Putting the lock lever in place with spring tension is easy. All you have to do is put the inside of the lever on top of the spring and screw in the 2 bolts.
Fix the Windscreen Mount Shows the 2 rectangular slider guides on the screen adjust bracket pins.
Fix the Windscreen Mount Shows the lock lever, the hinge pin and the lever spring.
The only part I needed to buy this is an E-ring retainer clip for 65 cents. I think it's a 3/16" clip.. I had a washer.
Lower Windscreen Mount This E-Ring / C-clip retainer was the only piece that was missing. I got a new one at a local hardware store for 65 cents. Place the pins with the slider guides in the track and push the pins in as far as you can. Put a washer over the pin and secure it with a c-clip that fits in the pin groove and squeeze it down with a pliers to set it in place.
Upper Windscreen Mount
Upper Windscreen Mount Shows the c-clip slider, and the lever spring.
Put the Lock Lever Together The steel lock plate drops in with the chamfered smooth edge facing the screen.
Put the Lock Lever Together Screw the lock plate to the lock lever with the 2 screws.
Put the Lock Lever Together Pushing the pin the rest of the way. out.
Fix the Windscreen Mount I drilled out one side of the pin hole because I was afraid I'd bend the pin while I hammered it down. The pin is now held in by the bottom hole.
Fix the Windscreen Mount Positioning the lock lever. Line the pin up from the slider and push the lock lever towards the spring.
Fix the Windscreen Mount Align the lock lever with the hole in the rail.
Fix the Windscreen Mount Tapped the hinge pin down and set it flush with the top.
Fix the Windscreen Mount The assembly is now complete.
I Couldn't Put the Brackets Back on With the Windscreen in Place I couldn't tilt the windscreen mounts so they would slip under the plastic trim surrounding the steel mounting bracket on the bike with the windscreen on.
Remove the windscreen from the frame. 5mm screws.
Keep track of the position of the washers..
Tilt each vertical support back and slide it under the trim. Rock the support forward and it's now in position. Screw the supports to the bike with the 4 bolts.
Re-installed the Vertical Supports Shows the vertical support bracket in the correct position with its bottom flange under the black plastic trim..
The Right and Left Vertical Supports are not even The right one is bent in and the left one is bent out. The bike went down on the right side.
Right Side Windscreen mounting bracket. I removed the windscreen supports to expose the steel brackets on the bike.. This one is bent in. This is the side the bike fell on.
The Right Side was Bent in. I took an adjustable wrench and bent the bracket out.
The Left Support Bracket is Bent Out.
I Took a Hammer With a piece of Wood and pounded it Back straight
Install the Windscreen Frame Again Snug up the 5mm support mounting bolts.
The Vertical Supports were not exactly straight I hit the piece of oak against the support bracket on each side until the space on the top of the frame was equal.
The Distance Between the Vertical Support and the Edge of the Console trim is 1/4" on both sides
Clean off the windscreen.
Place all the windscreen mounting bolts in place including the nylon washers on the back side of the windscreen.
This shows the white nylon washers on the back side of the windscreen. Be careful not to drop them.
Carefully place the 6 windscreen bolts into the rubber gromits on the screen adjust rails aka vertical supports
Snug up the Windscreen mounting bolts. Using a 5mm hex key snug up the windscreen bolts just enough the squeeze the rubber mounts so it looks like the picture. It doesn't take much.
The Windscreen is now Centered
Job is complete. Adjust the screen up or down to taste.
